Since 1997, GBS Capital has played a key role in helping small businesses and real estate entrepreneurs realize their success and dreams.  Our model has been to participate in growth capital and control stakes in small to mid-cap companies, as well as successful real estate projects spanning from Europe and throughout the Americas.  With over 50 years of combined direct investment experience in real estate projects and companies across various industries, we bring not just smart direct and indirect financial solutions to our portfolio companies, but also cross-continent business expertise and relationships that have helped our portfolio companies grow and excel.  Since Inception, GBS Capital Partners has, directly and indirectly, realized over $400 million worth of investments, both in real estate and small and mid-sized companies.  Currently, GBS Capital manages approximately $50 million in assets through its different investment strategies.

Infrastucture-Based Telco Services

IQSTel, Inc (OTC: IQST) traces its roots back to 2007, originally founded as Etelix.  Now, IQSTel is a worldwide international voice, SMS and Broadband, wholeseale provider and was acquired to provide a platform for add-on acquisitions in the telco service and infrastructure industry.  Additionally, the company offers retail services for corporate and small government clients in the US.  The Company has boasted a revenue and profit growth of approximately 55% for the last 2 years.

22-Unite Luxury Condo New Construction

701 Washington is a 22-unit Luxury condo projected located 3 blocks away from Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Museum.  The location is one of Brooklyn's hottest areas, but first-class restaurants, nighlife, but every bit Brooklyn.  The projected has a budget cost of approximately $19 million and is scheduled to begin construction in 3Q 2019.  GBS Capital Partners, though its portfolio company, Metrospaces is the Co-GP and Developer.

Real Estate Private Equity

Metrospaces (OTC: MSPC) is a real estate private equity investment firm.  The company focused on new construction for luxury residential as well as a boutique hotel.  Additionally, the company makes growth capital and control investments in small to mid-sized operating companies with strong real estate components.  The companies management team has a very strong track record in the hotel and luxury residential development in the UK and Latin America.

Outsized Returns 

GBS Capital Partners was a co-founder of this amazing project in heart of the city of London.  GBS Capital and its partners sold their equity stake through a recapitalization.  The total construction cost of this project was >$400 million.  GBS Capital exited with a realized cash return of  5.4X rit initial investment.

Sant Telmo Residences

CH1353 is a 26-unit high-end apart-hotel residential project located just blocks away from Buenos Aire's beautiful Sant Telmo Plaza.  San Telmo is one of Buenos Aires most visited tourist destination due to its true "Porteno" feel, as well as its art scene, magnificent restaurants, and boutique shops.

LA TOUR 320

Luxury Residences

La Tour 320 is a 9 unit luxury residential project in the Los Naranjos de Las Mercedes sector in Caracas, Venezuela.  GBS Capital realized a 4X investment returned.  The project was completed in 2Q 2018.
